No account needed.
The current site has no registration, user accounts, payment processing, advertising scripts, or analytics scripts. It does not ask for your full birth date, birth year, name, or address to use its tools.
Saved birthday treats.
When you save a treat, the site stores that offer’s ID in your browser’s local storage under birthday-saved-v1. This keeps your list available on the same browser after a reload. It is not synced to other devices or submitted to an account.
Remove an item with its heart or the Remove button. You can also clear this site’s stored data using your browser settings. On a shared device, someone using the same browser profile may see your saved list. If storage is unavailable, the site tells you that your list will last only for the open page.
Countdowns and birthday lookups.
Calculations run in your browser. A shared countdown includes the month, day, color, and non-leap-year preference after the # in its URL. It does not include a name or birth year. Anyone you give the link to can read those settings; the link is not private or access-controlled.
The URL fragment is not part of the normal page request sent to the server. It can still be visible in your browser history and to someone with access to the link. Birthday statistics lookups do not save your chosen date.
Copying text and leaving the site.
Copy buttons write the selected wish, greeting, or countdown link to your clipboard when you activate them. The site does not read the existing contents of your clipboard.
Official reward and reference links lead to other websites with their own privacy practices. The current site does not embed brand account systems or third-party tracking widgets. Fonts and decorative images are served with the site.
Email feedback.
You can contact the site at hello@freebirthdayitems.com. Email is forwarded through Spaceship to a Gmail mailbox. Sending a message shares your sender address, message, and any attachments with the site operator and the email providers for delivery and response.
The contact page opens your own email app; it does not submit a website form or send anything automatically. Please do not send passwords, membership numbers, payment details, or a full birth date. You can use the same address for privacy questions about a message you have sent.
Hosting.
The public website is hosted on Cloudflare. When you visit, Cloudflare processes technical request information such as your IP address, requested URL, browser information, and request time to deliver the site and provide security. Cloudflare may retain technical logs under its service policies. We do not enable visitor analytics or advertising trackers. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for information about its processing.
We will update this notice if the site adds a contact form, analytics, advertising, or other features that change how information is handled.
